Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty is a minimally
invasive procedure which relieves an obstruction
between the ureter and the kidney. Using
laparoscopic technology, the obstruction is removed
and a stent is inserted.

Nephrolithotomy
Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy is a minimally
invasive procedure peformed to remove stones from
the kidney and upper part of they ureter. It is an
alternative used when these stones cannot be treated
by Lithotripsy or Cystoscopy/Uteteroscopy.

Radical Nephrectomy is the removal of the
entire kidney with its collecting system as well as
the adrenal gland and lymph glands of the same side.

entire prostate gland. It can be done surgically or
laparoscopically. It is a treatment for diseases and

There are a variety of surgical options available
for the treatment of an enlarged prostate.
Transurethral Microwave Procedures:
Transurethral microwave procedures utilize a
microwave device to heat and destroy excess prostate
tissue.
Transurethral Needle Ablation: Low level
radiofrequency energy is channeled through two
needles to burn away a section of the enlarged
prostate.
Transurethral Surgery: Involves the insertion
of an instrument called a resectoscope through the
urethra. It uses a small electrical loop to cut
tissue and seal off blood vessels.
PVP Greenlight: PVP or Photo-selective
Vaporization of the Prostate is minimally invasive
surgical technique that uses laser light to vaporize
prostate tissue without significant bleeding.
